Accreditation Consultation

Accreditation is an intense, sometimes complex, and very real part of our world as an educational system. Lindstrom Education Consultants takes the mystique out of the accreditation process and helps you understand both the process and the requirements to make your accreditation happen as smoothly and easily as possible. We assist in developing an on-site leadership team, establishing an information collection system, as well as supporting the writing and review of the required self-study report.  Additionally, we will participate in the leadership team meetings of your organization and even assist in the visitation, if requested.

There are three general levels of accreditation consultation and support; however, please know that these are adapted to meet your specific needs.

Accreditation Self Study Report
Review and provide comments and recommendations on your written report (includes up to three reviews of a report).

Accreditation One Day Leadership Training
Train the Leadership Team on committee organization of staff for WASC FOL Self-Study Research and Writing.  Review requirements for developing and writing Self-Study Report and Action Plan. Review of rough drafts and final Self-Study Report.

Accreditation Full Process Support (up to 18 months)
Assist and support the Leadership Team in developing committees for full self-study accreditation visits. Work with the Leadership Team in an on-going basis for the duration of Self-Study up to and through accreditation visit.  Review of rough drafts and final Self-Study Report.

Lindstrom Education Consulting also provides schools and other education-related businesses with knowledge and tools necessary to be successful in the business of education. Personal Career Coaching for Education Professionals
A month-by-month phone coaching program for education professionals who are seeking career enhancement, refinement, promotion or transition and need support from a seasoned professional who can help guide their personal growth process.

Independent Review/Analysis

LEC can provide independent evaluation of programs for schools and other educational programs and provide written reports for presentations and auditing purposes.
 

Please note that all School / Program Packages require the Education Business Management Assessment™ be completed prior to initiating any level of consultation.

School / Program Package A
A personal interpretation of Education Business Management Assessment™ and complete evaluation of all marketing and school materials with written report.


School / Program Package B
Package A + Three days of direct onsite consulting (plus travel expenses).


School / Program Package C
Package B + up to 18 hours of follow-up phone support for key personnel for up to six months immediately following onsite consultation.
